About Sara Moskowitz

Sara Moskowitz is a compassionate and intuitive somatic psychotherapist specializing in helping people unlock the wisdom within their bodies. Through Somatic Experiencing (SE), Sara supports clients in addressing anxiety, trauma, and life’s challenges at a deeper level than traditional talk therapy. Her clients frequently report leading more embodied, fulfilling, and connected lives after embracing this transformative approach.

With a balance of extensive formal training (see below) and her intuition, Sara has a knack for knowing what intervention might support a particular client best. She works with folks from all over Chicago, including her hometown of Oak Park and is licensed to provide licensed telehealth services throughout Illinois.

In addition to her professional expertise, Sara is a mother to two children and one rambunctious dog. She finds joy in watching her family grow, indulging in sub-par reality TV, and exploring her creative side as an artist. Sara often works with clients seeking to deepen their intuition, connect with spirituality, or explore their creative outlets.

Whether you’re seeking to move beyond trauma, reduce anxiety, or live a richer and more connected life, Sara is here to guide you on your journey.
